WAVE at the 50th CIPM Annual National Conference
The 50th edition of the CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management), with the theme 'STAND OUT' was held on the 14th-16th of November, 2018. The conference was a gathering of about 3,000 delegates and HR experts from different sectors across Africa.
The conference had two-panel interactive discussions, which were held by renowned speakers, and senior HR experts. The conference also had 9 masterclasses, exhibitors, Career advisory clinics, and an amazing Anniversary dinner.

WAVE was present at the conference with the opportunity to showcase the company's mission and services. The plenary discussions were held toward learning and sharing contemporary solutions to the challenges arising in the workplace. These various solutions proffered will help in shaping and reshaping policy direction in the private and public sectors of the economy; thereby contributing to sustainable nation building.
